CROCHET KNITTING MACHINERY; |
Nylon and elastan yarns are knitted in crochet knitting
system to produce knit elastic tapes. The texture and
width of the knit elastic tapes can be adjusted to meet
the customers’ specific requirements. The daily knit
elastic production capacity of Lasteks is approximately
200.000 meters per day. We further plan to invest continuously
in modernization and capacity increments of our production
facilities, in order to expand the production capacity
of knit elastics to 300.000 meters per day. |

WEAVING MACHINERY; |
Nylon and elastan yarns or nylon
covered spandex yarns are woven to form woven elastics.
The texture and width of the woven elastic tapes can be
adjusted to meet the customers’ specific requirements.
Woven tapes can be produced up to 60 mm in width. The
daily woven elastic production capacity of Lasteks is
approximately 150.000 meters per day. Woven elastic production
capacity is planned to be increased about 50 percent to
reach the 225.000 meters daily production target in the
following years. |

JAQUARD WEAVING MACHINERY; |
The textures on the woven elastics
are drawn in special jaquard weaving software on computer
and manufactured according to customers’ requirements.
The special requirements of customers’ logo, emblem or
font can be applied to the woven elastic tape. The daily
production capacity in jacquard woven elastics is 25.000
meters. In the following years, the target daily capacity
is planned to be increased 35.000 meters per day. |

CONTINUOUS DYEING ROOMS |
Polyamide (nylon) and elastane mix
of knitted, woven and jaquard woven elastic tapes are
dyed, washed, dried, and ironed in the continuous dyeing
ranges. In Lasteks' dyeing-house, the best trade mark
German MAGEBA computer aided machines are presented and
production has been carried out by using superior quality
raw materials like Dystar (Germany) and CIBA ( Switzerland)
Dyestuffs under internationally recognized quality standards
such as Oeko- Tex Standards -100. |

PACKAGING DEPARTMENT; |
Dyed and ironed elastics are stacked
into nylon insulated boxes. Goods can be packaged according
to the customers’ requirements either horizontally or
vertically into the boxes. Spooling and rolling is also
available. The standard Lasteks boxes can carry between
1000 or 1500 meters elastic tape according to the tapes'
width. The daily packaging capacity is about 400.000 meters.
We further plan to increase our packaging capacity to
600.000 meters per day.
